Invested in and commercialized diesel engine technology, improving fuel efficiency by 10-15%. The project involved strategic partnerships with the Federal Railways Administration and major truck engine manufacturers.

Established an electronic trading platform for petrochemicals in Eastern Europe, enhancing trade efficiency for producers, intermediaries, and buyers.

Developed a comprehensive project plan for Hungary, including participation in EPCOT's "Innoventions" program and the creation of a new national pavilion, to enhance the country's tourism sector and elevate and global presence.

Scotland National Development Strategy (for the Government of Scotland), in particular with food and drink vendor business development with EPCOT (Disney) at multiple points of interaction with their resources.

Designed and built part of the telecoms backbone connecting 1,800+ sites. Partnered with SAIC initially for the design phase, then AT&T Network Systems. Main client was the NCC/Office of the President of the Philippines, initial funding by US Trade and Development Agency, followed by US Export-Import Bank.

Research and development of Tourism Master Plan for the Philippines, followed by demonstration project in Panglao Island, in Bohol province. Tourism estate was established, and exists to this day - with it serving as a model for future developments throughout the country. Main client was the Department of Tourism, directly funded by Asian Development Bank.

Participation in the buyout, and restructuring of Federal News Service, a national wire service focused on Capitol Hill and Federal Agency coverage, as well as a large subsidiary business called Federal Translation Services, which provides language support to US armed forces worldwide.

Provided oversight of Ritz Carlton openings in US, Jamaica, Qatar, Dubai, China (10 years). This included planning, supervision, and review of each site. Recipient of the Five Diamond award four times in four different cities for overall servicing and staffing. 

Contributed to several technology ventures and services for the Department of Defense and Homeland Security, supporting war-fighters and first-responders.

Developed a comprehensive emergency infrastructure for the Central Region of Ecuador in response to an earthquake. This project encompassed emergency communications systems for the National Police and infrastructure support for several coastal states, significantly enhancing the region's emergency response capabilities.

Currently engaged with Cameroon’s Ministry of Water and Energy Resources (MINEE) having set up a funding facility for a high-priority rural water system via US Export-Import Bank funding. Program will provide clean water resources to hundreds of municipalities and villages in every region of the country.
